All Coolsitas jewelry is 18karat gold plated, meaning it was made to last and look/feel luxurious. But, as with any other gold plated items we recommend you do not shower/wash hands with your jewelry on, spray perfume or essentials oils before wearing, and take them off before a sweat session (gym, sauna, jacuzzi, etc...)
